Should I speak with the Spec Team prior to scheduling a Builder Call?
Yes, absolutely! While we can easily host a meeting completely blind, it is best practice to sync-up with our team prior to engaging us with your builder. You can share more about your opportunity or contact by [CLICKING HERE TO CONNECT WITH THE TEAM FIRST].
Will this be a Teams Meeting?
Yes, this will be Teams meeting. Your builder will have the option of joining the meeting via dial-in. Those instructions are included in the calendar invite.
How should I prepare for this call?
Our biggest hurdle is typically confirmation of experience/track-record. Please do your best to confirm the track-record prior to our call. Outside of that, we should be good to go!
What is considered a "Builder’s Track-Record"?
This refers to the builder’s history of completing similar projects over the past 18–36 months. We focus on the most recent 18 months but can stretch a look-back up to 36 months. It helps us assess their verifiable experience of managing and successfully exiting similar construction and/or development projects.

Whose contact information should be entered?
For the scheduling widget; Complete the form with your contact information. At the end of the form, you will have the opportunity to enter your builder's email address automatically inviting them to the calendar event. (Teams Call)
**Keep in mind that all responses entered into the scheduling widget will be transferred to the body of the calendar invite.
Do I have to be on the call?
You are not required to attend the call. Regardless of your attendance, our team will showcase your excellence and ability to help them sell their homes faster and for more profits.
Should my builder complete anything prior to the call?
Yes and No!
Most calls often occur prior to any submission of deal details but the best calls happen when we can connect and discuss a real deal.
Here is a link you can share with your builder prior to a call. This will tell us most of what we need to have an accurate understanding of their deal and where we can expect loan terms to lie.
My builder doesn't have teams, can we do a call instead?
Yes, please proceed with scheduling as described. Your builder can follow the dial-in instructions or you can call them in via the teams call at the time of meeting. You may also connect with the assigned Spec LO to make changes as needed.
Can I register my builder contact after scheduling the call?
Yes. However, we request that you at least schedule prior to the scheduled call so that a contact record is created in our system.
I'm not sure if I've registered by builder already, should I do it again?
Yes, there is no harm in double registration.
