Thanks For Submitting Your Application
What Happens Next?
Now that we’ve got your application, it’s time to move into the documentation phase—this is where we verify, qualify, and get everything dialed in to structure the deal correctly.
Here’s how to keep momentum:
1. Check Your Email
Look for an email from our team with secure access to your document portal.
2. Complete Document Requests
This is where we gather the key details to fully vet the project—title, budgets, builder resume, permits (if available), etc.
The faster this part gets done, the quicker we can shift into deal structuring and approvals.
3. Need Support?
You’re not on your own here. If anything’s unclear, reach out. We’ll walk you through it.
We work with you—not just for you.
Questions?
How long does it take to complete the document requests?
Typically 15–30 minutes if you have your files on hand. If you're waiting on permits or third-party docs, you can save and return.
What happens after I submit the documents?
We begin underwriting and deal structuring. Depending on your project and the complexity, you’ll typically hear from us within 24–48 hours.
What documents do I need to upload?
Each project is a little different, but generally we’ll ask for:
-
Project budget
-
Builder/developer resume
-
Scope of work
-
Site plans or renderings (if available)
-
Title/preliminary report
-
Purchase contract (if applicable)
-
Existing permits or status updates
We’ll give you a full list in your portal.
What if I don’t have everything right now?
No problem. Upload what you can, and flag anything pending. We can work around gaps as long as we know what’s coming.
Can I loop in my assistant, partner, or GC to help?
Yes—you can delegate. Just let us know and we’ll grant portal access or collect what’s needed from multiple contacts.
I’ve got a few deals in the works. Can I streamline this?
Absolutely. If you’re submitting multiple deals, let us know. We can sync your projects, reuse your builder profile, and simplify the doc process.
