The Kloze Team at CMG Home Loans leverages deep industry experience dating back to 2017, specializing in innovative financing solutions ranging from parking lots to large-scale projects like Amazon warehouses. Recognizing the crucial need for development financing amid the failures of regional banking, the team launched an expansion in 2020 to address the severe housing inventory shortages. Their approach not only aids builders in securing more efficient capital but also integrates seamlessly with CMG’s Builder Advantage Platform, providing a comprehensive suite of tools that enhance builders’ capabilities to meet the growing housing demands effectively.

Justin Stoltz

SVP, Commercial Construction Division, NMLS ID# 925720

Justin Stoltz plays a pivotal role in the launch and expansion of the Commercial Construction Division, liaising with CMG executives to ensure the program's success. Known as the 'politician' of the team, Justin ensures that the division maintains good standing and continues to grow within CMG and Capital Markets. Outside of work, Justin is a devoted gearhead, passionate about restoring classic cars and motorcycles, including a '66 Lincoln Continental. He cherishes time with his family, especially in their Tennessee mountain retreat.

Dan Nunez

VP, Commercial Construction Division, NMLS ID# 1638349

Dan Nunez is instrumental in scaling the Commercial Construction Division through strategic technology integration and process optimization. He supports loan officers by facilitating introductions to the platform, answering key questions, and helping navigate complex loan products to maximize deals. Dan ensures seamless transitions to take-out business, enhancing the loan officers' relationships with developers. In his personal life, Dan enjoys tinkering with motors, traveling with his girlfriend, and spending time with their two miniature dachshunds.

Rich Luzzi

Rich Luzzi directs sales operations within the Commercial Construction Division, serving as the primary liaison among builders, loan officers, and the Kloze Team. He guides the loan process from initial inquiry to final decision, crafting tailored solutions and term sheets for each client. Formerly a touring rock musician, Rich's life now revolves around his wife, daughter and their pet chihuahua, Stella. His dynamic background enriches his role, bringing creativity and drive to every interaction.

Brian Biancardi

VP, Commercial Construction Division, NMLS ID# 208498

Brian Biancardi is a Western New York native and a Marine Corps Veteran. As a Sergeant in the Marines, “being in service” comes naturally and has become the backbone of his lending career. Brian has an M.B.A. in international business from Florida Atlantic University. Biancardi moved to South Florida, started lending in January 2003 and has closed nearly 1 billion in transaction volume.  He is a proud parent of three beautiful children and a devoted husband to his wife, Emily. Creativity and connections are the differentiator in his ability to get the job done.

Justin Freeman energizes CMG’s Commercial Construction Division with a dynamic blend of leadership and expertise in commercial lending. Residing in South Florida, he spearheads initial consultations with loan officers, presenting our sophisticated lending platform and managing new deal intakes. His proactive approach ensures that our partners are equipped and informed, fostering robust financial solutions. When off-duty, Justin enjoys family time with his wife, daughter, and dog, Max, maintaining a zest for life that parallels his professional vigor.
